When you press play with Danyelle, expect to get an amazing workout where intentional breath movement are always the focus. She has extensive knowledge in Barre and Yoga and has been teaching since 2013. Danyelle has a strong passion for anatomy, so body positioning and alignment are always core to her instruction. In her classes you can expect to build a deeper mind-body connection while focusing on both big movements and small isolations to really feel the burn! She combines both strength and flexibility in all of her classes to bring balance to body, mind and spirit, Danyelle's favorite type of music is 90's Hip Hop, but in class you can catch her playing music from many genres. You can find Danyelle behind the screen teaching CYB Barre, YRevive, and YFlow but her favorite class to teach at CYB is Barre.

    Danyelle takes you through a short stretch perfect to add-on to the end of another workout or to close out your day. Suggested Props: Mat

  • Day 3: YFlow 30 - #2

    Start with a simple warm up flow then repeat the main sequence three times. Focus is on spinal twists, balance and building upper body strength. Suggested Props: Sliders or hand towels and a mat.

  • CYB Barre 30 - #3

    Hit all major muscle groups in this 30 minute workout! This class works on balance with lots of single-leg work and work in side plank. Suggested Props: Light hand weights, resistance band, a mat and chair.
